- FA3099-17-R-0004 Attachment 6, Base Airfield Diagram FA3099-17-R-0004 Attachment 5 CBA FA3099-17-R-0004, Wage Determination FA3099-17-R-0004, Attachment 3, PPQ FA3099-17-R-0004 Attachment 2, PPI MFR FA3099-17-R-0004, Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement FA3099-17-R-0004, Solicitation This acquisition is for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and supervision necessary to perform Airfield Management Services (AMS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The proposed period of performance is 1 Oct 17 - 30 Sep 18 with four one-year option periods; the total period of performance will not exceed 66 months. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488119 and the applicable small business size standard is $32.5M. The solicitation is available via http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any interested party unable to access and download the solicitation may contact the contract specialist for instructions. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov.
