- Intent to Sole Source Description of Services: Specification: The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) is requires advertising for CDER Small Business and Industry Assistance (SBIA) program and the Global Alliance of Drug Information Specialists (GADIS) targeting healthcare professionals. LinkedIn's Sponsored Content advertising allows for cost per click (CPC) advertising targeting healthcare professionals which allows for CDER the flexibility to bid and set limitations on the maximum bid amounts. Quantity and options: 1 year annual membership services to include base year and 4 1 year options. Duration of contract period: May 15, 2017 through May 14, 2018. ** This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a written response to Contract Specialist, Janet Wu via email at janet.wu@fda.hhs.gov by May 5, 2017, 3:00 p.m. eastern time. Timely responses will be considered by the Government solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Responses must include information sufficient to enable the Government to evaluation the interested parties' capability to meet the FDA's requirements stated in the description of services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any cost the interested parties incur will be at the expense of the interested party.
