- The Bighorn National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of an aluminum structural plate box culvert to be delivered to the Middle Paintrock Drainage site on the Powder River Ranger District, WY. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332313 with a size standard of 750 employees. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Culvert to be delivered between the dates of 8/24/17 and 9/2/2017. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
