- Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR-12-D-0006 thru W912QR-12-D-0011, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts to Provide Environmental & Restoration Services Contract (ERSC) Services for a Broad Spectrum of Environmental Services for the Louisville District, and all of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mission Boundaries. Enclosed is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 26 April 2017 for environmental and restoration services at the Camp Ellis Military Reservation to perform a remedial action at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Sludge Digesters as authorized by FUDS project number E05IL000711. The Corps of Engineers will be issuing a task order using Firm Fixed Price procedures for this project on the referenced contract. This project is 100% set-aside for the ERSC MATOC contracts listed above. All questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted via ProjNet. The website to access this system is www.projnet.org and the bidder inquiry key for this specific project is GEV6EX‐NS6Y37. Government responses will be limited to: (a) Notice that an amendment will be issued; (b) Reference to an existing requirement contained in the solicitation; or (c) Notice that a response is not necessary. The ability to enter technical inquiries and questions relating to proposal procedures will be disabled three (3) days prior to the proposal due date. No Government responses will be entered into the ProjNet system within two (2) days prior to the proposal due date stated in this letter.
