- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed price task order to establish Northrop Grumman (NG) as the commercial Depot Source of Repair for the Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) system. The standup of a depot facility is necessary for NAVSUP to repair/overhaul ARC components. This procurement will be a task order issued under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-15-G-0008. The estimated period of performance for the order will be for 12 months ARO. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541330. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman is the only company that can meet the agency's need as the commercial Depot Source of Repair for the Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) system. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
