- Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure three (3) MCS Network Switch Racks (P/N FFIHS0215), four (4) NCDS Type 1 Network Switch Racks (P/N FFIHS0207), and four (4) NCDS Type 2 Network Switch Racks (P/N FFIHS0214). This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This contract shall be procured on a sole source basis from Intergraph Government Solutions. These Intergraph parts are to ensure compatibility and conformity with existing programs/systems. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
