- The purpose of this modification to the presolicitation notice is to inform interested vendors of a pre-proposal conference to be held on Wednesday, 10 May 2017, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Women's Health Conference Room, room 158-16 located at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), 3551 Roger Brooke Dr, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX 78234. For registration purposes and access to BAMC, vendors must register no later than 10:00 am CST, Monday, 8 May 2017, by emailing kathleen.d.henderson2.civ@mail.mil and yvonne.y.camarce.civ@mail.mil with the following information: Name(s) of attendees, company name, email address, phone number, and business size standard. Vendors are limited to two people per company. Be sure to state W81K04-17-R-0003, Preproposal Conference in the subject line. Please indicate any special needs when requesting registration to ensure proper accommodations may be arranged. Prospective offers are advised the pre-proposal conference will be held solely for the purpose of discussing the requirements of the solicitation. The final solicitation is anticipated for release prior to preproposal conference; however, in the event the final solicitation has not been released by 5 May 2017, the preproposal conference will still be held using the most updated draft solicitation posted on FBO. It is recommended that preproposal participants download the solicitation/draft solicitation prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. If a vendor does not meet the registration deadline of 8 May 2017, the vendor may still attend but will be responsible for installation access and obtaining pass thru BAMC Visitor Gate.
