- Custodial Performance Work Statement DRAFT Custodial Synopsis Custodial Services Moody Air Force Base, GA. intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal services for all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that non-personal custodial services are performed at Moody AFB Georgia, in a manner that will present a clean, neat and professional appearance. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this synopsis. A draft Request for Proposal will be posted at a later date. The selected/awarded Contractor shall : Accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A and B, in order to meet the requirements of this PWS and the Service Summary (SS). Cleaning frequencies are established in Appendix A, Air Force Custodial Standards. Facility cleaning levels and estimated square footages are established in Appendix B, Estimated Square Footages and Cleaning Level. Facility drawings of areas cleaned are established in Appendix C, Base Map. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, command standards, instructions, and best commercial practices. The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish requirements in a timely manner in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed. Please see attached draft PWS for more specification of the work to be performed. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-17-R-S003; it will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP ). It is expected that the solicitation will be set aside for Section 8(a) concerns with an $18 million Small Business Size Standard. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 May 2017. Performance is to begin on 01 October 2017 with a twelve (12) months base and four (4) one (1) year options. The primary North American Industry Classification System code is 561720. The Federal Supply Classification code is S201. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be price, technical and past performance. The solicitation will be available to view and download on the Federal Business Opportunity website (www.fedbizopps.gov). PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation, any amendments and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted.
