- DD-254 - Solicitation Only Solicitation W91QEX-17-Q-0014 The 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) - Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Miami, in support of USSOUTHCOM, announces the release of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following requirement: The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) has a requirement to provide Command Historian, Knowledge Management, and Knowledge Engineer functions in support of the Chief of Staff - Command Historian (SC-CH) and Knowledge Management (SC-KM) Offices. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $15,000,000.00. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Period of Performance for this requirement is for a 8 month base period (phase-in no more than 15 days) beginning on or around 05 July 2017, with four 12 month option periods. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation will be considered.
