- CLINs NSN Nomenclature UM AMC/ AMSC NAICS 0001 5965-01-605-4139 HEADSET, ELECTRICAL EA 3C DAA CLIN APPROVED CAGE/SOURCE PART NUMBER 0001 32108, BOSE CORPORATION 324843-0130 The proposed action is for the solicitation and award of five-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. The 5-year period is inclusive of one 3-year base period and two separately priced 1-year option periods. The required delivery and Inspection and Acceptance Point for this procurement will be as follows- CLIN 0001, NSN 5965-01-605-4139 - 60 days after receipt of order, DESTINATION This solicitation is Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. This requisition is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. FOB Origin is required. Based on market research and its use, this item is commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 for this procurement. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 5/5/2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to "tradeoff" procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance and Delivery. All factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
