- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-17-Q-0128 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a sole Source basis with Audavi Corp. Products must be Audavi Corporation, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 The Solid state Cartridge manufactured by Audavi is proprietary and customized for U.S. Navy Form/Fit /Function requirements. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-Q-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB Origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Items must be brand new ***Instructions to offeror's*** Please include the following information with your response: •(1) FOB: DESTINATION •(2) Shipping Cost: DESTINATION •(3) Tax ID# •(4) Dun & Bradstreet # •(5) Cage Code: •(6) Small Business - Yes ___ No ___ •(7) Estimated Delivery Date: •(8) If available on a Pricelist please provide a copy. Please complete attachment : Section K This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 1:00pm est., on 5 May 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
