Description

The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, necessary for remediation, demolition, and construction according to the plans and specifications for project number 656-15-267, Site Prep for Primary Care/Optometry Trailer Lease. The site prep work includes, but will not be limited to the complete installation of all structural foundation piers, site grading and flat work, landscaping, supporting utilities including Electrical, Waste, Water, phone and data as shown on the contract documents. The scope of work includes the construction, delivery, installation of all utility connections of a modular building complex to/at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center located at 4801 Veterans Drive St. Cloud, MN 56303. The site installation has been previously prepared for the installation of a modular structure, all footings, concrete pilasters, and utilities. The utilities such as water, electricity, phone, data, fire alarm and building automation control systems are in place and prepared for final connections by this contract. It is the responsibility of the contractor to complete connections of the above mentioned utilities and structural supports to the modular structure including but not limited to the building anchorage, underground utility connections, and underground pathway for fire alarm, and building automation control systems. The design, layout, orientation and approximate size shall follow the floor plan in the solicitation; all deviations from this floor plan shall be made known to and approved by the St. Cloud VA Medical Center before construction of the modular trailers commences. The contractor shall provide a pricing schedule to include leasing options and leasing agreements. The lease options shall show yearly detailed cost breakdowns in increments from 1 to 5 years and include all costs associated with the lease option. Solicitation Number VA263-17-R-0164 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov on or about May 22, 2017. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit will be held on June 1, 2017. (See solicitation when available for specific date/time/location of Organized Site Visit). The Period of Performance is expected to be 120 calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed (See solicitation when available for actual Period of Performance requirements).
