- Updated First Strike Ration ACR DLA Troop Support Subsistence Direcorate, Operational Rations and Equipment Division intends to solicit Request for Proposal for First Strike Ration. The solicitation will be an Indefinate Quantity, Tiered, Fixed-Price, contract for the First Strike Ration with 9 menus per FSR. The contract will be for a total of 5 years to include 5, 12 month tiered periods, to provide continued supply of the First Strike Ration. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. A contract will be awarded using Low Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures. Product Demonstration Model (PDMs) will be a requirement for this solicitation. This will be an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition with HubZone Price Evaluation Preference.
