- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT. IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted to this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that may be submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought. This Notice is a request by the Government to collect information from companies for the purpose of Market Research. Not providing a response to this Sources Sought will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations. The National Park Service (NPS), Yellowstone National Park is considering issuing a Request for Quote for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a period of performance from June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2022 to provide the following service: Annual/baseline occupational medical evaluations of Structural Fire Department members. The medical facility shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to conduct annual/baseline occupational medical evaluations, in accordance with (IAW) NFPA 1582 Comprehensive Occupational Medical Program for Fire Departments (2013 edition). Baseline evaluations are to be rendered when new/potential firefighter recruits are to be medically screened for potential employment. Annual evaluations are to meet the requirements of NFPA 1582. Services are to be provided at or within the vicinity of Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming or a location geographically located, and approved by the Authority Having Jurisdiction, within the boundaries of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem to ensure adequate services are available to Structural Fire Department members as needed/required by NFPA 1582. The number of Yellowstone National Park Structural Firefighters requiring Annual/Baseline medical evaluations is approximately 20 and may change seasonally or as personnel leave/enter the Park; this is not including members who may be covered by medical evaluations requirements for their primary duties within Yellowstone National Park. Annual occupational medical evaluations requirements: minimum 10 employees not to exceed 20 per fiscal year. Interested vendors shall submit, at minimum, years of service performing medical evaluation services, company name, company point of contact, address, DUNs, email address and phone number.
