- ****THE VENDOR SHALL READ THE ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENT. QUOTE SHALL INCLUDED FBO DESTINATION SHIPPING TO ADDRESS LISTED BELOW AND IN THE RFQ DOCUMENT. ALL QUOTES SHALL BE GOOD FOR 60 DAYS. ALL ITEMS SHALL BE DELIVERY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER. THE FBI DOES REQUEST THAT THE ITEMS BE SHIPPED QUICKER IF POSSIBLE. THIS REQUIREMENT IS TIME SENSITIVE.**** The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring Brand Name Only Security Access Equipment. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. NAICS Code: 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Size Standard: 750 Employees The period of performance for this requirement will be: FOB Destination Shipping, Delivery with in 30 days of receipt of purchase order. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. ALL QUOTES AND QUESTIONS SHALL BE EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AT DAVID.YATES@IC.FBI.GOV ADDITIONAL QUANTITITIES CAN BE ORDERED PRIOR OR TO OR AFTER AWARD PER 52.217-7 OPTION TO INCREASE QUANTITY-SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEMS. ALL ADDITIONAL QUANTITIES SHALL BE ORDERED BEFORE 10/1/17.
