- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure a pure water enclosure, to be shipped to Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia 23511. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332312 (Fabricated structural metal, MUST, prefabricated and portable buildings metal) and the procurement will be set aside for small businesses. The contract line item is as follows: CLIN 0001Pure Water Enclosure Qty. 1 EA The solicitation number will be SPMYM1-16-Q-0032. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 02 MAY 2017 quotes close on 19 MAY 2017 and responses may be faxed to the attention of Nakia Gregory at fax number 757-396-8017 or emailed to her at Nakia.gregory@navy.mil. Any questions must be written and sent by email or fax. Please make sure that the solicitation number (SPMYM1-15-Q-0032) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at either www.neco.navy.mil or www.fedbizopps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
