- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency is informing all interested Offerors of a forthcoming competitive solicitation and Best Value source selection to be conducted in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.3, as supplemented by the Department of Defense (DoD) FAR Supplement (DFARS) 215.3 and supplemental DoD and MDA guidance. This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), IAW FAR Part 19.14 - Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Procurement Program, under NAICS 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services. MDA intends to award a single Cost Type contract for global classified and unclassified video conferencing services, collaboration services, customer facing business application services, and end user training. The RECS contract award date is 2nd quarter Fiscal Year 2018. Period of performance is anticipated to begin on 15 February 2018. Performance shall take place at multiple MDA locations to include the National Capital Region (NCR), Huntsville, AL (HSV) and Schriever AFB, CO (COS). MDA anticipates the Request for Proposal (RFP) being released no earlier than 10 May 2017 via FedBizOpps. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps for release of the Final RFP package and any amendments.
