- This amendment changes the closing date of the solicitation to June 1, 2017. The Research, Development and Engineering Command Edgewood Chemical Biological Center-Rock Island has a requirement for Logistics Systems Support Services. The principal objectives are to obtain contractual support to resolve Joint Program Executive Office-Chemical Biological Defense inquiries and to log, track and resolve customer issues pertaining to TACOM Life Cycle Management Command Consequence Management program into government ticketing systems. The resulting contract is anticipated to commence on September 25, 2017 and contain a base year and three-one year options. The place of performance is at Rock Island Arsenal, IL. This procurement will be competed as a 100% small business set aside, NAICS code 541614/$15,000,000.00. The solicitation and performance work statement will be available on or about May 2, 2017. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. The solicitation shall be issued at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted at this website. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check this site daily for any posted changes. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the of the same.
