- Solicitation for NSN 5855-01-609-5749 / 0067951034 / SPE4A6-17-R-0539 / Lens, Optical Insru / Quantity: 313 each. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. A 100% Quantity Option is included. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. It requires FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. The solicitaiton is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 5.247-9059 FOB Origin, Governement Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous Untited States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitation will be availablevia the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
