The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 1500 each up to 6500 each maximum of a SEAL, NONMETALLIC RO, NSN: 5330-01-462-2350, Part Number: 6053T48P06 applicable to the A-BF BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 1500 each Year 2: 1250 each Year 3: 1250 each Year 4: 1250 each Year 5: 1250 each Production Lead Time is 1500 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted in competition to Stein Seal Company, Cage Code 03673 and General Electric, Cage Code 99207. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
