- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpar 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-17-T-0101,and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415. This requirement is unrestricted. The solicitation will start on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 and will end on May 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, or as other posted at http://www.fbo.gov (Fed Biz Opps.Gov). This requirement is for Laboratory Freezers. 5CF Flammable Material Storage - 1 each 20CF Flammable Material Storage - 1 each The Government contemplates awarded of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Specifications are listed with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All interested vendors must respond by May 9, 2017, 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Olga.m.hairsto.civ@mail.mil.
