- Description
- Vendor Meeting Request Form *** One-on-One Discussions with Industry Members *** The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) would like to host one-on-one meetings with industry members, to gain a better understanding of their specific eDiscovery capabilities and solutions. The SEC will use four (4) Go/No-Go criteria to determine the eligibility of the industry member to participate. See attached Vendor Meeting Request Form for Go/No-Go criteria. Go/No-Go criteria represent minimum qualifications, experience, and/or capabilities that industry members should possess in order to successfully carry out contractual requirements. Vendor Meeting Request Forms will first be reviewed to confirm the industry member's ability to meet the Go/No-Go criteria provided in this announcement. If a Vendor Meeting Request Form fails to meet any of the Go/No-Go criteria provided herein, the industry member will not be given further consideration for a one-on-one meeting. For the purposes of satisfying Go/No-Go requirements, the Government will consider the ability of the proposed team to meet these criteria, whether by the prime contractor alone or together with its subcontractors. These sessions are not for marketing purposes. They are being held with the intent to provide the SEC with a forum to ask questions to industry members, to gain a better, more in-depth, understanding of the industry member's eDiscovery solution and approach. Please review the attached Vendor Meeting Request Form for qualification requirements and return a completed form to smithtu@sec.gov no later than 12:00PM EST on Thursday May 4, 2017. A maximum of three (3) industry member representatives are permitted to attend the one-on-one meetings. *** ONLY 15 SLOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS *** Industry members who meet the minimum qualifications listed in the Go/No-Go criteria will be invited to participate on a first come, first serve basis, at the Securities and Exchange Commission's discretion. Upon acceptance, the industry member will be notified by the SEC with a proposed day and time for which the SEC would like to hold the meeting.
