- Description
- Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish the work under this contract. The intent of the contract is to provide building repairs for four buildings at the Blackrock Work Center. The buildings include the trails barracks #1356, the fire barracks #1357, the multipurpose building #1372, and the visitor information center #1522. a) The work includes, but is not limited to the following: b) Replace floor coverings, wall and ceiling coverings, shower pans, and shower doors; c) Repair floor subsurfaces; d) Install new carpet and vinyl floor coverings and cove base; e) Repair and repaint damaged sheetrock; f) Install new waterproof laminate wall and ceiling coverings in bathrooms; g) Replace countertops Complete plans and specifications will be available for download at www.fbo.gov in the near future.
