Proposal due May 16, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Proposal instructions and evaluation criteria are found on pages 39-41 of the attached solicitation. This project is for the decommissioning and closure of roads on the Deschutes National Forest, Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District. The work consists of road travelway obliteration and entry management treatments. For all activities, the contractor should include all labor, materials and supplies needed to perform work as described unless otherwise noted. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are NOt presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation's closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred." SCHEDULE OF ITEMS 0001 Road Travelway Obliteration (Subsoil) 3.4 Miles 0002 Entry Management Treatment (Boulder and Mulch Placement)* 9 Each Required Delivery Date: All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days once work has begun. All work shall be completed by 10/01/18. Period of performance may be extended due to adverse potentail fire danger when a waiver cannot be obtained, or because of weather conditions at project location that reduce the quality or efficiency of work performed. No work will be allowed January 1 - August 31 (wildlife restriction). *Item includes Government furnished material
