- **THIS PROJECT WAS ERRONEOUSLY PRE-ADVERTISED WITH THE INCORRECT SOLICITATION NUMBER. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS REVISED TO W912PL-17-B-0003 FROM W912PL-17-R-0038. THE PROJECT WILL BE ADVERTISED ON SCHEDULE UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER W912PL-17-B-0003.** This project includes construction of two columbarium courts to house 4,688 niches, 2,180 preplaced crypts, grading for 1,900 in-ground cremains, a light vehicular bridge. Site improvements includes construction of approximately 650 linear feet of roadway, two dry earthen detention ponds and 1,350 foot shotcrete drainage channel. THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE to SDVOSB (Small Disadvantage Veterans Owned Small Business) PROCUREMENT. This will be an Invitation For Bid (IFB) using lowest price procedures, resulting in a firm fixed-price contract. It is the Government’s intent to award based on initial offers without discussions; therefore, the offeror(s) shall provide their best price proposals. There will be one pricing schedule for this project with a Performance Period of 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990. Estimated cost range of the project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation will be made available on/or about 2 May 2017. All proposals will be due on/or about 2 June 2017 at 1:00 P.M. PST. This is to notify all potential offerors: Revised Solicitation No. W912PL-17-B-0003 and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) ( www.fbo.gov ). THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION AND ALL AMENDMENTS THROUGH THE USE OF THE INTERNET (WEB ONLY). No additional media (CD Roms, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or Paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Viewing/downloading documents from FBO will require prior registration in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). If you are a first time FBO user, you will be required to register in FBO prior to accessing the solicitation documents.
