- ERMS Production System Annual Maintenance Contractor's ERMS supports: discovery and access for electronic resources for patrons and staff; management of licenses terms of usage for electronic resources; management of coverage (holdings) data for public access; and management of trial subscriptions. Annual Maintenance support for the ERMS Production Software ensures support for this critical system that provides access to licensed electronic resources annually.
