- 1 VA245-17-Q-0158: The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking prime contractor for calibration services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for Biomed Test Equipment Calibration Work will be completed in GA127-500 at the Veterans affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Ave., Martinsburg WV 25405. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and Local ordinances and with the Contractor s Procedures Manual and Quality Control Manual. Contractor is required to be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Contractor will be responsible for removal of any equipment and Purchase Order will be adjusted accordingly for replacement parts needed. A pre-performance meeting will not be required with the contractor after the contract is awarded. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes, but not limited Digital Multimeter, Safety Analyzer, ESU Analyzer, Fault Module, Temperature Adapter, Digital Thermometer, Sound Level Meter, Light Meter with Memory, IV Pump Analyzer, Ultrasound, Simulator, Pacemaker Analyzer, and Defibrillator Analyzer. Manufacturer are Fluke Instruments, Tektronix, Fluke Biomedical, Cole Parmer, Wavetek, Greenlee, Extech Instruments, Pronk, Megger, Amprobe, and Bio-Tek Industries. Estimated Cost is between $15,000 and $25,000. The firm must be approved under NAICS:811219, size standard: $20.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SDVOSB firms that submit bids/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 15, 2017. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading equipment list, specifications, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov.
