- Market Research Questionnaire Preventative and Corrective Maintenance for the 88th Regional Support Command (RSC) This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) notice. The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes: NAICS SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STNDARD 561210 (Facilities Support Services) $38.5M This RFI is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The procurement method for this requirement has not yet been finalized, and the estimated RFP opening date is undetermined at this time. 1. PROJECT INFORMATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is seeking to provide Facilities Support services to the 88th RSC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 1) Preventative Maintenance (PM) and, 2) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Services on Facilities. Preventative Maintenance: The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, and supplies necessary to perform PM at multiple facilities throughout an identified geographic region. PM activities will include the following systems: heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, building envelope, security alarm systems, fire alarm systems, electrical distribution and power generation systems, plumbing systems, and potable water and wastewater systems. Corrective Maintenance: The contractor shall provide labor and all parts, materials, and supplies for individual corrective maintenance actions, and provide response times according to the nature of the work (i.e. routine, urgent, emergency). Corrective maintenance activities can occur for all systems which receive PM. 2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. Interested firms must provide a capability narrative, and complete the attached market research questionnaire. The capability narrative should demonstrate your firms experience and qualifications with similar type services, as well as the prime contractor's name, and address, Submissions shall be submitted to BOMarketResearch@usace.army.mil. All Submissions must clearly state Salt Lake City 88th FOS Region in the Subject Line. Submission should be received by 2:00 pm CST on 19 May 2017; and should not exceed 5 one-sided, 81/2" X 11" pages. Computer files must be compatible with Microsoft Word 2013. NO HARD COPY OR FACSIMILE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will not be considered.
