- Request for Proposal number SGH10017R0004 Please note that this solicitation is ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is to obtain a dedicated Internet channel at minimum 133,120 Kbps (130Mbps) providing fault tolerance in the last mile, utilizing a /27 subnet. HSRP protocol will be required. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) contracting firm will provide internet services and dedicated leased line channels and circuitry for connecting to the U.S. Embassy's demarcation point (demark).Please note these are only estimated figures. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
