- AMOSS J&A document. The Justification and Approval (J&A) provides the necessary authorization to award a hybrid bridge contract (Firm Fixed Price with Cost Reimbursable Line Items) to procure Command and Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) system maintenance support and enhancement services in support of the Air and Marine Operations Surveillance System (AMOSS). A bridge contract is necessary to continue the aforementioned services without interruption as a Government Accountability Office (GAO) protest has been filed against the awarded Task Order.
