- Terms and Conditions Main Landing Gear SOW Nose Landing Gear SOW NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-17-Q-N00023 is issued as a Special Notice of Intent to Award to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Leonard SpA (Cage Code: A1512), Piazza Monte Grappa 4, Roma Italy 00195 and/or Heroux-Devtek (Cage Code: 36164), 8 Pembroke Court, UK for the purchase of overhaul services of the nose landing gear and main landing gear assemblies to support the HC-27J Aircraft. Vendors may quote on individual items or all three. Part Number Nomenclature NSN QTY 101-G1003-05 Leg, Retractable NLG Assembly 1620-15-201-5945 1 AIR83117/12 Landing Gear M, RH Assembly 1620-15-202-8846 1 AIR83116/12 Landing Gear M, LH Assembly 1620-15-202-8845 1 Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $32.5M. It is anticipated that a non-competitive Sole Source Purchase Order(s) will be awarded as a result of this notice pending the availability of funds. It is the Government's belief that only Leonard SpA and Heroux-Devtek have the required proprietary technical and engineering data to provide the overhaul services. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these services are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within ten (10) calendar days from this notice posting. The information submitted must include a letter from the OEM verifying the Offeror is an authorized repair facility and verifying the OEM will provide proprietary data. Vendors who do not meet the capability requirement will not be considered and should not respond. This notice of intent will not be extended or the award delayed for a vendor to submit their data for capability determination or for registration in SAM.GOV. The closing date for this intent to award notice is May 19, 2017 at 4:00 pm ET. Anticipated award date is on or about June 01, 2017.
