- Wage Determination Combined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ W912P9-17-Q-1006 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-17-Q-1006 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 19 January 2017. This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror.
