- Synopsis TITLE: 2915; Manifold,Fuel ; Aircraft, T-38; WSIC: T PR: 0065420251, ISSUE DATE: 18MAY17; CLOSING DATE: 19JUNE17 NSN: 2915-00-884-3286; PR: 0065420251; Item: Manifold, Fuel; P/N: R11526, 3-50930-1. The item intended source is Parker Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 50599), Northrop Grumman Technical (CAGE 0JRC1). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the government furnish the information. Any manufacturer, other than Parker Hannifin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Technical wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an Other Than Full And Open Competition Firm Fixed Price contract for 25 each. This is an Unrestricted solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control, Higher Level Quality Requirements, and Export Control. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: San Joaquin, CA 95376-5000. A Government First Article will apply to this requirement with a delivery of 90 days shipped to Hill AFB, UT 84056-5713. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 18 May 2017 with a closing date of 19 June 2017.
