- Applicable Provisions and Clauses Wage Determination for Crawford County, MI QASP Troop Laundry Laundry Services PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB17T2018 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This is a Small Business set aside. The NAICS is 812320 and the small business size standard is $5,500,000. CLIN Description Quantity U/M 0001 Laundry Services 1 Job 0002 Contractor Manpower Reporting 1 Job The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for Laundry Services. The MIARNG requires laundry to be picked up, laundered and delivered back to Camp Grayling, Michigan on a weekly basis. The initial pick up will have several months' worth of items to be laundered. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for exact requirements. This requirement is firm fixed price. Pricing must be a fixed price for the entire 12 months of the contract. Quotes that offer per pound or per article pricing only will not be accepted. The period of performance is 12 months. Offers are due at 4:00 pm, ET on 9 May 2017. Email quotes to amanda.e.geissler.civ@mail.mil. Questions are due by 4:30 pm ET, 4 May 2017, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone. Quotes should include price, technical approach and past performance information that is not more than three years old. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable offer. Technical and past performance will be rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. See attached addenda for quote instructions. Offers should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
