- The USPFO New Jersey National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources interested in providing Refrigerated Box Truck Rentals (3 total) in Fort Pickett, VA. Rentals will be delivered at Ft. Pickett NET 15 May 17-NLT 19 May 17; Pick up at Ft. Pickett NET 10 Jun 17-NLT 13 Jun 17. Trucks may be 20-26ft. in length. Fuel: The government will provide standard diesel fuel. Maintenance: The supplier must provide 24-hour service and support. The supplier will be responsible to perform routine maintenance. Only personnel authorized and certified by the supplier may perform maintenance on the equipment owned by the supplier. Quality Control: The supplier shall follow the quality standards as established by the government. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532190. This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies that can provide an equal product may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their services, past performance information, price, and capability. All information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail only; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described request is based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
