- INTRODUCTION The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) Naples Detachment, Naples, Italy is conducting market research for religious support services/professional support services, to support the Commander, Navy Region Europe Africa Southwest Asia (CNREURAFSWA) Chaplain. They are seeking a single firm or company capable of providing full and part time pastoral care, religious education and musical services. The services required are non-personal. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of contractors to provide these services. DISCLAIMER THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Naples, Italy (Naval Support Activity Capodichino and Naval Support Activity Gricignano) - Full Time Catholic Director for Religious Education - Full Time Protestant Director for Religious Education - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest Sigonella, Italy (Naval Air Station Sigonella) - Full Time Catholic Director for Religious Education - Full Time Protestant Director for Religious Education - Full Time Roman Catholic Priest - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest Rota, Spain (Naval Station Rota) - Full Time Catholic Director for Religious Education - Full Time Protestant Director for Religious Education - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest - Full Time Musician Manama, Bahrain (Naval Support Activity Bahrain) - Full Time Catholic Director for Religious Education - Full Time Protestant Director for Religious Education - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest - Two Full Time Musicians Souda Bay, Greece (Naval Support Activity Souda Bay) - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest Djibouti City, Djibouti (Camp Lemonnier) - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest - Part Time Imam Deveselu, Romania (Naval Support Facility Deveselu) - Part Time Roman Catholic Priest Roman Catholic Priest “ Provide pastoral care and accommodate the religious requirements of service members, and other authorized personnel. Imam - Provide pastoral care and accommodate the religious requirements of service members, and other authorized personnel. Roman Catholic Director of Religious Education - Provide a complete Roman Catholic Religious Education Program (Pre-Kindergarten to High School) which supports, all religious communities and services led by Roman Catholic chaplains. Protestant Director of Religious Education - Provide a compete Protestant Religious Education Program (Pre- Kindergarten to High School) which supports, all religious communities and services led by Protestant chaplains. Musician - Provide musical accompaniment for worship services. It is anticipated that the contractor will be responsible for obtaining any necessary technical representative status, licenses, permits, country/theater clearances, VISA and entry authorizations to comply with any applicable U.S. and Host Nation laws, codes, and regulations. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested firms are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages in length and in font of not less than 10 pitch. The capabilities statement shall be concise and focused showing the firm ™s ability to fulfill the requirement described above. Responses shall include company name, CAGE code, point of contract, email address, mailing address and phone number. Your response to this Sources Sought shall be electronically submitted via email to LT Christopher Battagello at christopher.battage@eu.navy.mil. The deadline for responses to this request is no later than 2:00 P.M. Central European Time (CET) on 17 May 2017. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly.
