- Attachment 4 - Contractor Base Entry Request Form Attachment 3 - Drawings Attachment 2 - Specifications (Proposed Project) Attachment 1 - PWS Solicitation This acquisition is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the acquisition and installation of partition walls, furniture and office equipment for three office spaces at DLA Distribution, Bldg 1645 on MCAS Iwakuni, Japan. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide and install partition walls, furniture and office equipment. Any contract issued in response to this solicitation will be FFP supply contract with incidental services.
