Replace Door & Fame (Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000) 2. Pony Wall and Pedestrian Gate (Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000) 3. Road restripe (Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000) 4. Gate Repair and Truck Booth Alarm (Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000) 5. Repair/replace Concrete at Pump Station (Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000) FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business set-a-side. This solicitation is set-a-side for Total Small Business Solicitation will be posted approximately 4/6/2017. Solicitation Posted 4/7/2017 A Site Visit for these projects is scheduled for Wednesday 4/26/2017 at 11:00 AM at the Skagway, Alaska Border Station Mile Post 6.8 Klondike Hwy Skagway, AK 99840 Offerors must email the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ) by 12:00 PM (noon) Alaska time on Friday 4/21/2017 with names of all attendees.
