- Site Visit Attendees List Department of Labor Construction Wage Determination SF 30 Amendment No. AMEND 001 Presolicitation Notice Design/Build to Replace Metal Roof on Skagway, Alaska Border Station Building This posting is in accordance with FAR 5.201, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions The magnitude of construction for this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. FAR 52.232-18 Ability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Set-a-side to Small Business is applicable Solicitation will be posted approximately 4/6/2017 Solicitation Notice Posted 4/7/2017 Site Vist for this project is scheduled for Wednesday 4/26/2017 at 10:00 AM at the Skagway, Alaska Border Station Milepost 6.8 Klondike Hwy Skagway, AK 99840 Offerors must email the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ) by 12:00 PM (noon) Alaska time on Friday, 4/21/2017 with names of all attendees. See page 5 of the solicitation document for more information. Offers are due on 5/8/2017 at 1:00 PM, Alaska Time Deliver offer to: Amy Heusser, Contracting Officer General Services Administration 222 W. 7th Ave., Rm #151 Anchorage, Alaska 99513 A bid guarantee is required with offer. AMENDMENT NO. AMEND 001 Posted 5/3/2017 This amendment answers some of the questions received to date and incorporates the current Depart of Labor Construction Wage Determination dated 4/21/2017.
