- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Reference solicitation N6134017T0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to Federal Acquisition Circular 05-95. The solicitation shall be awarded on a COMPETITIVE basis. It is anticipated that this award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 334111. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL has a requirement to procure Mini ITX computers in support of the IUSS-DCLS training systems. Pricing shall include all cost related to this requirement to include shipping. Shipping shall not be priced separately. CLIN 0001 - Mini ITX Workstations Mini-iTX workstation _ All items are Brand Name or Equal -Intel Core i7-67K Skylake, 16GB DDR4 SDRAM 2400Mhz, Gigabyte GeForce GTX1070 G1 video card, Samsung 850 Pro 512 GB SSD, EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 Power Supply, Asus Maximus VIII Impact mini-iTX desktop motherboard (Bluetooth and WiFi removed), Cooler Master GeminII M4 Cooling Fan/Heatsink, Slim 8x DVD-RW Optical Drive, Cooler Master Elite 130 - Mini-ITX Computer Case, Icy Dock MB994IPO-3SB Drive Bay Adapter Internal - Matte Black, Icy Dock EZ-Slide MB994TK-B Drive Bay Adapter Internal, Logitech Media Combo MK200 Keyboard and Mouse, 3 Year Next Business Day, Parts Onsite with Advance Replacement with 3 Year Keep Your Hard Drive. Quantity: 31 each Required Delivery Date no later than 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with the addendum that Offerors are required to submit warranty information and parts availability with its offer. The Provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items, does not apply. Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to this notice will be the most advantageous, representing the best value to the Government. A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded. If multiple quotes are received, the Government will award on a lowest price technically acceptable basis to the Offeror meeting the specifications of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The failure of an Offeror to provide information sufficient to determine conformance with the combined synopsis/solicitation may result in the Offeror being ineligible for award. To be eligible for award the successful offeror MUST BE IN SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT. Information concerning SAM registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/. Requirement: The successful offeror must be ISO 9001:2008 Accredited. Documentation maybe requested. All items listed above must be new in original packaging. Any used, reconditioned or refurbished items will not be acceptable. Ship To: Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826-3224, Attn: Mr. Khoa Vu Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination in accordance with FAR 52.247-34. DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable.
