- Amendment 0001: Site Visit Date and Time set; changes in questions and responses and new closing date. Mandatory Site visit is set for Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time) at the facility. The FAA will not consider proposals from vendors that have not attended the site visit. Interested vendors must respond by 5:00 p.m. CDT, Monday, May 8, 2017 with your intent to attend, including company name, and names of individuals attending. Send this information via email to: Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov NOTE: Revised Documents will be replacing the current documents in another amendment, which will be posted prior to site visit. Also note the new date and time for questions, responses and new closing date (moved from May 12, 2017 to May 19, 2017). Please refer to the attachments for the information regarding this project. The documents include the Draft Solicitation / Request for Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Wage rates for this effort. These are draft documents; final documents will be posted in another amendment. This is a Request for Proposal for A Water Intrusion Assessment at the Tulsa-Riverside, OK, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The services will be performed at the Richard Lloyd Jones Airport, 8801 South Jack Bates Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74132. This is a Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 562910: Remediation Services, with a size standard of $20,500.000.00. Therefore, only responses from Small Businesses (including SDVOSB, 8a, etc.) will be considered for award. All Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) with a valid DUNS number for consideration. It is anticipated that a Fixed Price contract will result from this announcement. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this Solicitation / Request for Proposal. Therefore any cost associated with the submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. If there are questions that arise from the Site Visit, please submit them to Contract Specialist, Chris Ekadis to email: Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time) Friday, May 12, 2017. Responses will be made no later than Monday, May 15, 2017, 5:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time). Closing date for this announcement is May 19, 2017, 5:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time); all responses must be emailed to: Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov by this date and time to be considered. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small business owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
