- Maintenance Agreement Agreement shall be for two Konica Minolta Bizhub C554e Serial No A5AY011002183 and Bizhub C554e Serial No A5AY01100217. Agreement is to be billed on price per page with no minimum number of pages. IHS will pay only for the pages copied or printed. The Service Agreement shall include: unlimited on-site service, all parts, all labor, preventative maintenance, all toner and supplies. (Excludes only paper). Contractor shall provide use of loaner or a replacement of the device in instances of excessive service. Service response time shall be 48 hours or less.
