- Description
- This is a construction services contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District to install Navigation Markers to mark the "L" shaped pile dike located in the Coquille River at the Port of Bandon, Oregon near the entrance channel to the boat basin. Procurement will utilize a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation using the Sealed Bidding procurement method. A firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the responsible offer with the lowest price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applies to this effort is 237990. This project is open to all qualified, responsive, and responsible small business firms. After solicitation issuance, contractors may view and/or download the solicitation and all amendments. Specifications and drawings will not be made available in paper format or on compact disc. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. You may register at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam/.
