- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE This notification is to announce the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA intent to issue a single source contract to American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Incorporated to provide Certificate Training Program (CTP) Accreditation to the Army Career Plan 32 at the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The CTP is accredited by the ANSI in accordance with ANSI/ASTM E2659-15, Standard Practice for Certificate Programs, described in the Army Civilian Training Education and Development System (ACTEDS) CP-32 training catalog which can be located on the CPOL website. The applicable NAICS code is 541611, Administrative, Management, and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15 million. The anticipated award amount is below the simplified acquisition threshold threshold. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a solicitation will not be issued. However, inquiries or concerns must be addressed in writing to christina.m.crawley.civ@mail.mil no later than 5:00 pm local time on May 8, 2017. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
