- New York District Office Requirements for the Sit-To-Stand Desks Resultant delivery order is subject to the attached terms and conditions The USCIS New York District Office has a requirement for the purchase of Sit-To-Stand desk additions in accordance with the requirements mentioned below. Additions must sit on top of an already existing desk. The resultant delivery order will be Firm-Fixed Price and awarded to the vendor whose quote is determined to be the lowest quote Technically Acceptable. Technically Acceptability is determined by meeting the requirements mentioned below. The resultant delivery order is also subject to the attached Terms and Conditions. Requirements: Capabilities •Powered (electric) desktop •Computer monitor and/or keyboard can be raised or lowered •Allows employees to use a different position that will eliminate back, neck and arm strain Design •Used for cubicles and traditional office set ups •Provides a flat work surface •Has a lowered keyboard deck Size Specifications •75 EA- 30" wide straight units •75 EA- 36" wide straight units •50 EA- 36" wide corner units This is a brand name or equal RFQ. Products must be equal or similar to the items below: Versa Power Desktop Straight - 30" wide in black Versa Power Desktop Straight - 36" wide in black Versa Power Desktop Corner - 36" wide in black
