- Wage Atlantic County SOW RFI Ref Info 1442 RFQ PROJECT TITLE: REPLACE WINDOWS AT SECTOR FIELD OFFICE ATLANTIC CITY, NJ The project work site is located at the USCG Air Station Atlantic City, FAA Technical Center, Bldg. 351, Atlantic City Intl. Airport, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 (Atlantic county). Major work items include but are not limited to: Remove five existing aluminum casement windows approx. 58"x58" and all associated mounting hardware. Dispose of old windows IAW local, state and federal regulations. Supply and install five YKK AP Series YVS 410 TU (brand name or equal) thermally broken tilt-in double hung windows with locking hardware, screens and glazed with grey tempered insulated units with low-e coating. Underlined items are essential to meeting requirements. Color of frames of new product will match the existing window casing. Metal flashing will be installed at the sill of each opening. Window will be caulked to prevent any moisture from entering the building. Contractor shall provide summary and performance data of windows. This window data must be reviewed and approved by Contracting Officer before contract is awarded. Period of Performance shall be 45 calendar days after date of award. Work shall commence within 20 days of award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the USCG specifications, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions which will be provided when all Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation document files become available for public download on or after 4 May 2017 exclusively from the internet by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. If solicitation files do not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately 2 June 2017. These dates are estimated and may change. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. This office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
