- Sources Sought: Purchase of Table and Base Plates for United States Coast Guard (USCG) MH-60T Aircraft Seats. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and to identify interested sources. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. It is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Further, unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Funding is not available at this time. The USCG has not made a commitment to procure any of the supplies discussed, and release of this sources sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential responders to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this subject. The USCG Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) requests capability statements from interested companies for the purpose of identifying potential sources capable of providing the Table and Base Plates at firm fixed prices used on the USCG MH-60T aircraft seats. The Nomenclature, National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Part Numbers (P/N) for this sources sought are listed: Nomenclature NSN PN Table Assy LH 1680-01-HS1-3761 70850-82056-041 Table Assy RH 1680-01-HS1-3762 70850-82056-042 Plate Assy Base LH 1680-01-HS1-3763 70850-82055-043 Plate Assy Base RH 1680-01-HS1-3764 70850-82055-044 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The company shall be an OEM or OEM authorized source. Validation is required prior to award. The desired delivery after receipt of order (ARO) is 120 days. The company must have all the necessary parts, material, labor, tooling, manuals, test equipment, and facilities to manufacturer the Table and Base Plates for the aircraft seats. All subcontractors shall meet the same certification requirements before consideration. Please respond to the following questions in addition to submission of your company's capability statement: 1.
