The area bounded by the following: From the intersection of Hwy 366 (Woodall Rogers Frwy) and IH 45 (Central Expressway), proceed north on IH 45 to N. Fitzhugh Ave. Proceed east on N. Fitzhugh to Ross Ave. Proceed south on Ross Ave. to the intersection of Ross Ave. and IH 45. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):36,370 Maximum Sq. Ft.
