- Update for Army Research Institute (ARI) Industry Day Participants & Market Research Questionnaire Respondents- Soldier Oriented Research Services (SORS) The Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences and the Army Contracting Command (APG) Research Triangle Park Division are continuing in market research and the development of the acquisition strategy for the Soldier Oriented Research Services (SORS) requirement presented at the ARI Industry Day on 7 February 2017 (FedBizOpps W911NF-17-R-0010). As a result, the SORS award will not be executed in FY17. The draft and final solicitations are anticipated to be released and award made in FY18.
