- Site Map THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2017 FUNDS. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance services to be performed at the Tsgt Frank D. Peregory U.S. Army Reserve Center, 1634 Cherry Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903 (VA006). The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. All responsible small businesses may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government.
